Liberty Series Speaker comes to OU Zanesville
Associate professor of philosophy and author at Ohio University, LeBar, will explore the concept of equality.

LeBar holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, an MA in philosophy from the University of Washington, and a PhD in philosophy from the University of Arizona. He has published papers on ethics, political philosophy, and philosophy of the mind.

LeBar is part of a Liberty lecture series that Dr. Amy White, associate professor of philosophy at Ohio University Zanesville, has organized. For each of the presentations, the speakers will present Thursday evening programs and then will visit with White’s classes the next day.

“Aristotle once said that Man is the “Political Animal,” said White. “This lecturer series will tap into our political nature and will help students explore politics and the concepts of liberty and equality.”

This event is FREE and open to the community. If you have any questions, contact Dr. Amy White, at whitea@ohio.edu or by phone at 740-588.1558.
