FLAT BENCH

A foundation of an upper body workout.

ABDOMINAL/LOW BACK

Allows you to add resistance to your abdominal workout - If used correctly.

LEG PRESS

Depending on foot placement, emphasizes the quadriceps group (front of thigh) or gluteus maximus (butt) and hamstrings (back of thighs).

LEG CURLS

Works the hamstrings group (back of thighs) and the calves.

INCLINE BENCH

Is adjustable to allow for various incline angles.

CAPTAIN'S CHAIR

Can be used to work the abdominal muscles or for upper body dips.

PREACHER CURL BENCH

Use with dumb bells or barbells to work the biceps.

CABLE CROSSOVER

May be used for a variety of exercises and muscle groups. Most commonly used for chest flys, triceps extension, rotator cuff work, seated rows and biceps curls.
