Williams awarded Ohio University-Zanesville Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship

Ohio University-Zanesville is pleased to announce that the 2009 recipient of the Martin Luther King Jr. Scholarship is Brian K. Williams, of Newark, Ohio.

Williams is the son of the late Edward and Anita Williams of Dayton, Ohio.  He graduated from Belmont High School in Dayton and served in the United States Army Reserve from 1989-1991 as a combat medic. 

Williams is a proud father and role model for his children.  He will graduate spring quarter with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and plans to pursue a graduate degree in Financial Economics. With all of his duties and responsibilities, he still maintained a 3.60 grade point average for fall quarter.
