Students from area high schools attended Ohio University-Zanesville’s Student Leadership Dinner recently. In addition to dinner and a special gift from Ohio University-Zanesville, the students and their parents heard Dr. Michael Bullock, pastor of Hands of Faith Church, share simple rules of leadership.

“Because the worst days I have may be the best day for someone else,” says Bullock, “I remember to always look up in spiritual thanks.” He went on to explain that to be successful in life we should look ahead, look out and look up.

“Look ahead to where you want to go, have vision,” explains Bullock. He reminded the audience to be sure to look out for things that come your way to be better prepared to take advantage of opportunities that come along.
