Zylinksy honored by Ohio Communication Association

 

Ohio University-Zanesville senior, Julie Zylinsky, is the 2008 recipient of the Ohio Communication Association undergraduate student award.

 

“She is an excellent student, conscientious in her studies and committed to pursuing her education,” says OCA executive director, Sheida Shirvani. “She is friendly with everyone and a constructive critical evaluator of her work.”

 

Zylinsky graduated with honors from Zanesville High School. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication at Ohio University.  In addition to her academic pursuits, she is involved with the Green Bobcats, an environmental club on campus and is a member of the Student Senate. She also serves as president of Omicron Alpha Chapter of Lambda Pi Eta and is a dedicated member of Golden Key International Honor Society.
