Ohio University-Zanesville Enhances Nursing Student Success

The Ohio University-Zanesville Nursing Department welcomes Sheryl House to the position of Nursing Laboratory Coordinator.  Sheryl holds a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Akron and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University. 

“Sheryl brings a great deal of experience in lab supervision and practical experience for nursing students,” said Pamela Sealover, interim associate director of the nursing program at the Zanesville campus.

As part of the campus’ newest initiative, Nursing Success, House will provide more concentrated training to ensure students have the academic foundation and practical skills necessary to be successful on the state required registered nursing board exams.

Housel was previously employed by Ohio University as Clinical Support staff and by Genesis Hospice as a Home Care RN.
