*Book Sale
     -People will be able to pick up checks starting the week of May 5th.
     -People need to pick up their books that did not sell.


*Spring Fest
     -May 7
     -K. Normansell is going to set up games on the green.


*Blast off to Summer
     -We are going to pay for the karaoke machine. ($120)
     -2 OUZ judges for the contest & 1 MATC.
     -We are checking on C. Savage & L. Walker.
     -W.G. Grinders is bringing food to purchase.
     -OUZ & MATC hot dog cart with food available to buy.
     -Possibly have a Merry Go Round on the green.
     -We are going to post flyers around the campus.
     -Tell your friends!
     -PROMOTE!!!! PROMOTE!!!! PROMOTE!!!!


*Spring Fest Elections!
     -Set up a voting table during Spring Fest.
     -We will leave 4 seats open for Freshmen next year at our regular voting time (Fall Fest).
     -We decided to have the elections early so we'll have help with the book sale at the start of next year.


*Tuesday 4/29/03
     -Any people that are able to help post flyers and work on the ballots need to come to the Senate Office      Tuesday from 12-1.


*Book Collection
     -Collect during finals week.
     -We will discuss this in more detail soon.


*Next Meeting
     -Tuesday 5/6/03 from 12:30-1
