Test Administration
The Learning Advancement Center arranges testing services to students. These services include:
- online tests
- make up tests
- independent study tests
- placement testing (compass)
- Miller Analogies Test
- CLEP and other institutional testing available
Contact the Learning Advancement Center for testing information and to arrange to take a test.
In order to take all of the following tests, you must have a photo
ID (driver's license or student ID).
Placement Test
This is the COMPASS test for incoming students. The test does not have
a time limit, but it normally takes 3 hours to complete. Taking this
test will place you in classes for Math and English. You must make an
appointment to take this test. Contact the LAC at 740 588 1510 to
schedule your appointment.
Online Testing / Distance Learning Tests/MAT/CLEP
You must schedule an appointment to take these tests. Contact the LAC
at 740 588 1510.
Make-up Tests
Make-up tests will be taken in the LAC if your instructor allows you
to retake a make-up test. Different rules apply depending on the
instructor of the course.
